For about a week now, I've been reading the newspapers from Orlando, FL and Atlanta, GA. They are restoring more and more "life" to their society. They are trying to un-spook the herd. That can be done in an orderly fashion. A gradual resuming of most normal activities.
They started this in Georgia back on April 24. The results are speaking volumes today, 22 days later.
