The Belgrade city council meets in regular session on Tuesday, February 18 at 6 p.m. at the city hall meeting room. The agenda is as follows (summary)...

Belgrade city council meeting agenda


The Belgrade City Council meets in regular session on Tuesday, June 20 at 7 p.m. The agenda items are as follows:

Police: the Belgrade-Brooten Police Board will meet on June 21 at 6 p.m. in Belgrade and will review the Criminal Prosecution Contract for 2024 and 2025.
Fire department: a fireman has resigned, and quotes will be reviewed for ATV and other equipment.
City land offer for sale.
Public Works.
ZONING requests: including a privacy fence, a deck and Planning Commission recommendation from the June 12 public hearing and minutes.
Economic Development Authority Concert in the Park is June 29 at 6 p.m.; banners at the park; and a Facebook page and a Social Networking policy.
Other matters...May financials and expenses; bills and transfers; meeting minutes from May 15 and May 22;

Belgrade city council agenda for January 17

The city council of Belgrade will meet on Tuesday, January 17 in regular session at 7 p.m. at the municipal hall building community room.

1. League of Minnesota Cities insurance agent: Brian Nelson.
2. Police office lease agreement.
3. Fire Department: quotes for safety vests and city personnel policy on city driving and response policy.
4. Public Works.
5. Zoning: Xcel Energy zoning, variance and land use for new substation.
6. Economic Development Authority: next meeting is January 23.
7. Citizen complaint pending on 509 Lowery Avenue.
8. League of Minnesota Cities events: lost control workshops and more at Arrowwood in Alexandria on February 8 and March 3, 2023.

Public Safety: next joint powers meeting is Wednesday, December 14 at 6 p.m. at the Belgrade Municipal building; police officers set to join under the Joint Powers Board on January 1, 2023; also on the agenda is first payroll and funding available.

Belgrade city council meeting


I did not receive a meeting agenda for the Belgrade City Council until just shy of 5 p.m. today, so I was unable to post that prior to tonight's meeting.

The city council's next meeting is for the purpose of discussing fire contracts, and it will be held on Monday, August 22 at 7 p.m. at the Belgrade fire hall. A budget meeting (also open to the public) will be held on Monday, August 29 at city hall at 6 p.m.
